I want to challenge myself to workout every day until my birthday which is March 7th. I started on January 20th. I’ve been working out here and there but nothing too consistent. I use my apple watch to track my progress and I made this monthly tracker that I can post somewhere in my house as a reminder and motivation to keep going.
